Privacy	We adhere to a strict privacy code befitting an establishment that services a high profile clientele.
Bookings	require booking payment details over phone.
Email Bookings	require a contact number and from 5pm require booking payment details over the phone or secure internet site.
Group Bookings	require a full card or cash deposit.
Cancellation Policy	Cancellation of a booking requires 24 hours notice or full payment will be taken to cover the time lost.
Complaints	We strive to offer the highest level of service in the beauty industry. In the unlikely event that a client is dissatisfied with our service, we request they file a complaint with our legal representative so that, together, we may resolve the issue: M.
